1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any bet or wager through the uubdt platform at https://uubdt.io (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device or method of access used, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any future uubdt mobile application. The same Terms govern sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, card games, crash games, and all other products offered through uubdt.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on uubdt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any such person, of uubdt or any of its affiliated entities, partners, or software providers.
• You are not accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or any other technical means for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

uubdt reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to request documentary proof of age and identity from any account holder. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified in our request will result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

If uubdt determines at any point that an account holder was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any point during the account's active period, uubdt will immediately close the account, void all bets and transactions placed during the underage period, and return the net deposited funds (minus any withdrawals already made). uubdt will report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the uubdt Platform at any one time. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through third parties, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in all required fields. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes by contacting uubdt support.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in with your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify uubdt support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance obligations, uubdt may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing a withdrawal request or at any other point during the account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account in the same name as the uubdt account)
• Source of funds declaration, where the volume of deposits warrants enhanced due diligence

Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until all required KYC documents have been reviewed and approved. uubdt aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

uubdt currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time at uubdt's discretion. Players will be notified of any changes via the cashier section of the Platform.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. Current limits are displayed in real time within the cashier section of your account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours of approval during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to bank accounts (City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) are processed within 1–3 business days. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount must be drawn from settled, verified funds in the account balance — not from unsettled bets or pending bonus funds.
• Any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements attached will not be included in the withdrawable balance until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the player has completed enhanced verification and been approved to use an alternative method by uubdt support.
• uubdt reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, source-of-funds review, or ongoing fraud investigation.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the uubdt Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). uubdt does not charge a conversion fee for Taka-denominated transactions. Any currency conversion costs incurred by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

uubdt offers a variety of bonus products including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each player is entitled to claim any given promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Duplicate claims using multiple accounts constitute fraud and will result in account closure.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered within the period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice.
• Abuse: uubdt reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable assessment, that a player has attempted to abuse a promotion — including through low-risk staking patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.

uubdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time, provided that it will honour bonus credits already granted to players in accordance with the terms in force at the time of the grant.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on the uubdt Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are statistically random and independent of any prior result. Slot games, virtual table games, and number-based games fall under RNG governance. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi) and are subject to the specific rules and procedures published within each live game lobby.

Sports betting odds are generated by independent pricing systems. uubdt does not manually adjust odds after a bet has been accepted, except in circumstances where an obvious pricing error is identified, in which case uubdt reserves the right to void the affected bets at the original stake, as set out below.

6.1 Obvious Errors

In the event that a game outcome, odds quotation, payout calculation, or bonus credit is made in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, uubdt reserves the right to correct the error. This may include voiding affected bets at the original stake and refunding the stake to the player's balance. uubdt will make reasonable efforts to communicate any such correction to affected players within 48 hours.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) at the time of official result confirmation. uubdt does not accept responsibility for bets placed based on incorrect starting prices caused by data provider errors. In cricket markets, a minimum number of overs (as specified in the individual market rules) must have been completed for match bets to stand in the event of a wash-out or abandonment.

7. Responsible Gaming

uubdt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity. All account holders have access to the following self-management features at any time via their account settings or by contacting uubdt support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a specified period of continuous play to encourage breaks.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum net loss thresholds over a daily, weekly, or monthly period.
• Time-Out (Short-Term Exclusion): Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The time-out cannot be reversed before it expires.
• Self-Exclusion (Long-Term): Permanently or indefinitely exclude your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uubdt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action being taken against the relevant individual:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your account.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets, access the Platform, or extract data.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors to generate guaranteed profit — commonly referred to as "arbitrage abuse" or "bug exploitation".
• Collusion with other players in poker, rummy, or any other multi-player card game environment.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or conduct any transaction related to illegal activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties, or accepting funds from third parties to place bets (acting as an unlicensed agent).
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code, server infrastructure, or database.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward uubdt staff or other players via any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the uubdt Platform — including but not limited to the uubdt brand name, logo, domain name, website design, page layouts, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of uubdt or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any of uubdt's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the uubdt Platform or its content for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior written consent of uubdt. Unauthorised use of uubdt's intellectual property constitutes infringement and will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

Game content, graphics, and audio provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of those respective providers and are governed by their own intellectual property terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uubdt shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any game or service offered through it.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part of it, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where uubdt was not at fault.
• Any technical failure, data loss, or error in transmission affecting your bets or account balance.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bangladeshi banks.
• Any decisions made by a player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.

In all cases, uubdt's maximum aggregate liability to any single account holder in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that account holder in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

uubdt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key principles of uubdt's data handling are as follows:

• Personal data is collected only for the purposes of account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and legal compliance.
• Data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• uubdt does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Players may request a copy of their personal data or request deletion of their account data (subject to legal retention obligations) by contacting [email protected].
• Data is retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure in accordance with anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations.

12. Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments

uubdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email and via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms, together with its effective date and version number, is always available at https://uubdt.io/terms-conditions.

12.2 Account Termination by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting uubdt support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC review. Closing your account does not discharge any liability you may have incurred under these Terms prior to closure.

12.3 Account Termination by uubdt

uubdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if uubdt reasonably determines that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to uubdt, its players, or its payment partners. In the event of termination for cause, uubdt may withhold balances pending investigation and legal review.

12.4 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
